About

I am a biological data scientist with extensive experience in modelling omics (e.g. genomics) big-data using Machine learning, Bayesian statistical and Graph/Network based methods for estimation, decision making, clustering and dimension reduction. This purpose of the blog is to serve as a personal learning aid and deals with some selected topics in my work. It is highly recommended to follow the references in individual topics for a detailed understanding. Please leave helpful comments and suggestions, Thank you.
